You can get more information about our law firm’s practice areas here .

Two of our real estate lawyers, Christopher J. Charles and J. Scott Burns, are Certified Real Estate Experts with the State Bar of Arizona. This board certification is reserved for attorneys who have achieved “superior knowledge, skill, integrity, professionalism and competence in a specific area of law,” according to the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Only about 750 of the more than 17,500 active members of the Arizona State Bar have attained this board certification.

Christopher J. Charles is the managing partner and founder of Provident Law®. Before opening Provident Law®, Christopher represented the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), advising Arizona real estate brokers on legal issues and disputes.

Today, in addition to maintaining his busy real estate legal practice, Christopher serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the AAR. He is also a licensed real estate instructor and teaches continuing education classes to attorneys and REALTORS® with the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
