Tom’s clients have included residential homebuilders, developers, commercial contractors, specialty trade contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and homeowner/community associations.  Representation includes working closely with industry professionals such as architects, soils engineers, structural engineers and others in the review, evaluation and critique of project documents such as original design drawings and recommendations, scopes of work and bids, submittals, redlines, as-builts, change orders, Arizona Registrar of Contractors Minimum Workmanship Standards, UBC/IRC application and interpretation, inspections (red tag/green tag) and Arizona Purchaser Dwelling Act issues.
