Aaron received his legal education from the University of Notre Dame Law School. After graduation, he dedicated the first portion of his career to public service with the Coconino County Attorney’s Office. There he practiced as a felony prosecutor before transitioning to the office’s civil division, where he provided general counsel to multiple departments but specialized in land use and zoning law, as well as managing the County’s civil litigation and defense caseload.
Since transitioning into the private sector, his practice has focused on commercial litigation with an emphasis in real estate nondisclosure and quiet title actions, as well as general business litigation.
Aaron was born and raised in Mesa Arizona, and currently resides in Flagstaff with his wife and daughter. His interest in justice for the marginalized and abused lead him to attend law school and inspired the first segment of his career as a public servant. The same ethos and desire to seek justice motivates his current practice and looms large in the quiet title actions his clients bring to him. When time and the practice of law permits, he enjoys hiking with his family, reading, and mountain biking.
