A Little Bit About Me

Dominick Detente focuses his practice on homeowners’ association law, real estate litigation, and civil disputes, representing community associations, property owners, developers, businesses, and institutional clients throughout Arizona. As an associate at Provident Law, he advises and advocates for clients in matters involving HOA governance, contractual enforcement, construction-related disputes, commercial litigation, and complex property issues.

Drawing from his extensive generational background in the roofing and construction industry, Dominick brings practical technical insight into real estate and construction-related disputes,

allowing him to provide strategic and solutions-oriented counsel to clients navigating operational and legal challenges.

A Phoenix native and proud double Sun Devil, Dominick earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal and as Technology Vice President of the Moot Court Board. He earned recognition in the Killingsworth-Spritzer Oral Advocacy Competition and volunteered with the Arizona Legal Center. Dominick completed his undergraduate studies at the W. P. Carey School of Business, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Business Law. He remains active in both the legal profession and the broader community through his involvement with the State Bar of Arizona and ongoing community service initiatives.

Outside of his practice, Dominick enjoys golfing, gardening, playing guitar, classic gaming, and exploring new places, all with his two sons, family, and friends.
