During their presentation, Mr. Charles and Mr. Watson will present real-life case studies and real estate contract drafting tips concerning earnest money and other common contingencies in real estate transactions. They also will discuss the best practices of a boundary dispute attorney and how to handle easement issues. Other topics for discussion will include short-term rentals, CC&Rs, and beneficiary deeds and their purposes. Finally, Mr. Charles and Mr. Watson will present the best practices of a real estate lien attorney and options for handling other types of encumbrances.
