A Little Bit About Me

Ryan Womack focuses his practice on real estate and commercial litigation, bringing over a decade of experience resolving high-stakes disputes across a range of industries. Known for his strategic insight and results-driven advocacy, Ryan represents clients in complex matters involving real estate, healthcare, utilities, transportation, and closely held businesses.

He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation and is a multi-year honoree in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch®—testament to his legal skill, his reputation in the legal community, and his clients’ trust.

Before entering the legal profession, Ryan managed a manufacturing company, giving him a unique business perspective that informs his practical and solutions-oriented approach to litigation. His clients value his ability to combine legal expertise with a deep understanding of their operational challenges and goals.

Ryan earned his J.D. from Regent University School of Law and served as a judicial clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He remains active in the legal community as a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids, including hiking and anything outdoors.
