A Little Bit About Me

Lisa Borowsky has served the needs of her homeowners’ association, business, and non-profit clients across the Valley since 1997.  Her strength lies in balancing the goals of her clients while mitigating the potential exposure they are confronted with in a meaningful and conservative fashion.  Ms. Borowsky oversees a team of highly skilled legal professionals, bringing the strength that her clients need while maintaining the most efficient use of their resources. She is an accomplished litigator and someone you want on your side.

In addition to her extensive legal background, Ms. Borowsky proudly serves as the Mayor of Scottsdale since January 2024. Her experience as a member of the City Council, now as Mayor, provides a strong background in municipal operations which serves as a great benefit to her homeowners association, business and corporate clients. As a recognized leader in her community, Ms. Borowsky is frequently called upon to assist with complex transactions, including dispute management and resolution, for the benefit of her clients. She has the demonstrated experience, commitment and drive to accomplish the results her client’s seek and value.

In addition to her service on City Council, Ms. Borowsky currently serves on numerous boards and committees throughout Scottsdale and the surrounding Valley, including the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, the Arizona Municipal Water Users Association, the Maricopa Association of Governments, the Republican Mayors’ Association, and the America’s First Policy Institute Mayors’ Council. She previously served on TGen’s Center for Rare Childhood Disease Research-National Advisory Council, the National Charity League, Chapter Vice President, the Scottsdale Charros Foundation Board, where she Chaired the Community Outreach Committed, the Arabian Horse Association, and many others.
