A Little Bit About Me

Kyle McCutcheon is an Attorney with Provident Law and is licensed in Arizona and Missouri. His practice areas include business, real estate, and estate planning as well as advising church and nonprofit tax-exempt organizations. Kyle is passionate about serving his clients with excellence to achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Provident Law, Kyle served as Alliance Defending Freedom’s (ADF) corporate counsel. In that role, Kyle advised ADF and its subsidiaries on a broad range of issues, including corporate governance, compliance, risk management, contracts, data governance and management, information technology and security, human resources, and served on the operations team. Before serving as corporate counsel, Kyle had the privilege to help start ADF’s thriving Church and Ministry Alliance where he focused on advising denominations, churches, religious schools, rescue missions, camps, and other ministries.

He began his career at Axon Enterprise, Inc. (f.k.a TASER International, Inc.) before working as assistant attorney general for the Office of the Arizona Attorney General.

Kyle has appeared in multiple media sources and has been a speaker at various events and conferences commenting on legal issues related to charitable organizations.

An Arizona native, Kyle earned his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and J.D. from Phoenix School of Law.

Away from work, Kyle loves to golf, wakesurf, and spend time with his wife and three boys most of all.
