  • Representation of Arizona’s largest SBA Premier Certified 504 Lender for 15 years in connection with commercial loan transactions.
  • Representation of a national title insurance company as outside legal counsel in escrow litigation and title policy litigation throughout Arizona, including the successful defense of a $64,000,000 escrow claim.
  • Representation of a large regional retail company with 24 locations in Arizona and New Mexico in connection with its commercial leases and employment issues.
  • Representation of licensees before the Arizona Department of Real Estate Disciplinary Board.
  • Representation of the City of Goodyear, Arizona as its legal counsel in its municipal issues from 1976 to 1990.
  • Representation of numerous families in their estate planning and probate needs.

A little bit about me

Brad DeSandro, a patent attorney, began an Examiner with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and then in private practice with large law firms.

He has obtained hundreds of patent and trademark rights both in the USA and foreign countries. He clears trademarks for use in branding and gives freedom-to-operate opinions. He consults in licensing negotiations and disputes for artists, musicians, authors, engineers, and other creative professionals.

Mr. DeSandro is an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom. He has been a perennial faculty lecturer, in different countries, on licensing intellectual property rights for the Licensing Executives Society of USA and Canada. He has held leadership positions with the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Section and with the American Intellectual Property Law Association.

Prior to law school, Mr. DeSandro was software developer and industrial engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science from a Big Ten engineering school. Specialties: Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and related strategies and transactions
